Job Description:

  • Effectively and Efficiently drive employee life cycle experience – on boarding, transfers, engagement events, Employee communication activities, regulatory requirements and separations management .
  • HR SPOC to address & resolve HR Related issues pertaining to attendance, salary, KRAs, Learning Management, Rewards and Recognition, MIS, Data Management, Leave management, day to day issues and grievances.
  • Processing Variable Pay outs like Quarterly Pay, KCA/Housekeeping and Safety Bonus
  • Conducting training sessions / presentations on new initiatives, policies and process as and when needed.
  • Drive end to end core Administration activities covering Cafeteria Management, Fleet Management, office repairs and maintenance and upkeep, preventive maintenance of office equipments, stationary
  • Drive facility management ( maintenance, food & beverages, stationery, ergonomics & health) in standardization to other location / policy
  • Effective usage of budget and bring in cost efficiency by do things differently
  • Vendor relations and managing PO/PR in SAP for various services at sites

Desired Candidate :
  • Female Candidate with 3 to 6 years of experience in HR Operations and Administration Activities
  • Candidate need to be very good in communication and should possess excellent presentation skills
  • Need to be good in MIS and Data Management.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand project goals, target milestones and budget handed over by DCO team
  • Keep track of budget/BOQ changes on weekly basis and circulate weekly reports within the team
  • Check all the BOQs after the same is checked by QS with respect to VFC before releasing of SRs by CM team
  • Inform about budget errors and get the necessary budget transferred through the Manager
  • Float enquiries and get quotes for works under 1% construction budget and prepare basic comparatives
  • Follow up with procurement to release the packages in time
  • Check and verify all the variations with respect to work orders and assist in taking decisions
  • Get sign off from QS in case of variations in quantity
  • Ensure all work orders are collected and acknowledged by the contractors and hand it over to the document controller
  • Print/Scan WO's/ Bills and maintain same in DMS;
  • Misc. data entry works / compilation of data as required by other Depts.
  • Manual entries in SAP (on Page 2 of WO) regarding details of CRN / change in values
  • Assist with the data for audit queries and maintain proper documentation
  • Assist in closing the final billing in 3/4 months after project completion- get sign off on the final bill

Acquire and implement new skills in contract administration/billing cycle improvement/vendor performance analysis


Qualification & Work Experience:
  • B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3-8 years of experience with Real Estate/Construction industry.
  • Job Description:

    • Supervision of access control & material handling at the gates by undertaking daily check of security documents, visitor management, material inward & outward movement, lock & key management at site or residential complex by adhering to security guidelines.
    • Protect company assets / material from physical damage, theft, pilferage, encroachment of land/site and ensure the security of company associates at all times.
    • Optimize use of security technology/ gadgets to monitor the premises and identify & capture risks such as theft, crime and other safety violations/ incidents
    • Carries out patrolling of the site/area assigned, traffic management & reporting of security observations or incidents to Area Security In-charge (Lodha) with due investigations & supporting evidence during the daily round of duty.
    • Undertakes surprise checks on orders as well as on own initiative, at least twice a week, in various stores, offices & labour camp area to check mis-appropriation, enforces correct accounting of stores and adherence to security procedures.
    • Is able to verify daily deployment of security guards of various security agencies in the assigned area of responsibility & reports abnormalities in deployment or state of alertness among security supervisors & guards on detection.
    • Supervision and conduct of training for on-roll & outsource staff and undertake periodic check of state of readiness and alertness for potential emergency situations, including medical emergency & fire fighting.
    • Is able to create an effective intelligence network comprising sources or informants, regular liaison with local police and civic governance staff; maintains contact/liaison with vendors for fetching information to support security investigations.
    • Adhere to security guidelines & laid down standards for security arrangements for various events, functions & project launches.
    • Undertake impromptu security or liaison requirements, as may be called upon time-to-time by the manager or the higher management.

    Meticulously maintains security registers, reports & returns including a record of incidents and security reports on on-going basis; generates proper, detailed incident reports & MIS at stipulated frequency or on requirement. Skills :
    • Good computer skills; demonstrate the ability to effectively operate and manage systems, tools & processes. Systems include, but are not limited to: security access control, CCTV & alarm systems, email, intranet systems and complex communication device systems.
    Qualification :
    • Candidates should be Graduate or possess equivalent degree from Govt. recognized institute
    Practice and Other Requirements :
    • 5-10 years of experience in security with at least 2 years in a supervisory/Executive role
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2B and B2C sales calls. Leverage on a strong network of Channel Partners (CP) and existing customers to achieve set targets.
    • Consistently build on the CP network to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them. Conduct regular meetings with CPs with the purpose of both engagement and empanelment to drive more business.
    • Quarterly review of CPs including actual achievement v/s targets, qualitative factors and process improvements

    Client Relationship Building:
    • Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements. Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at project level) and communicates the same effectively to prospects.
    • In collaboration with the Team Lead, meet with prospects, organize and conduct site visits and strive to establish a strong client relationship with an aim to convert from proposal to definite status
    • Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution

      • Industry Awareness:
        • Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, construction activity, key trends and market dynamics
        • Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities. Liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge.
          • Team Collaboration
            • Support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents (legal agreements, billing, credit etc.) are in place and monitoring collections for designated accounts
            • Coordinate with various departments (Customer Care, Sales Peer Teams etc.) to ensure exceptional customer service
            Systems and Process Compliance
            • • Maintain accurate records for designated accounts and share regular updates with the Team Lead and Segment Head
            • • Maintain thorough adherence to SFDC and lead tracking mechanisms as required
            Ensure highest standards of compliance to Lodha Group’s policies, processes and value structure
